Return Policy

We want you to as excited as possible about your purchase. But if that is not the case we will accept merchandise returns for items within 30 days of receipt and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return with a valid purchase receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. All fashion items are final sale as they are one-of-kind items.

Special Orders:

Some GB merchandise is designed and made in house, by our lovely team of dedicated space cadets. This means that items can be color customized to fit any of your specific design needs. Just look for the “GBX” icon next to the product. Special orders usually take 2-3 weeks and require payment up front. Depending on the size of the order, estimated times of completion may vary. Call or email us about what you would like, and we’ll get started on it. Special orders are final sale. Orders that are damaged due to shipping will be replaced free of charge.
